The Leadership Development Program is a great opportunity to join the Colgate-Palmolive family!

Our aim with the Leadership Development Program, which will be held for the first time this year, is to develop the new graduate candidates both personally and professionally within 1 year by integrating the future leaders of Colgate-Palmolive with the approaches of curiosity, courage and ownership of the common purpose that constitute the leadership perspective of the company.

We accept applications from 4th year students, new graduates and graduate students, and the language of communication in the program will be English.

It is possible to apply between March 6th and April 9th, 2023. After the application process is completed, the evaluation processes will begin.

Candidates with a positive evaluation process will be contacted in June to start working in July and an offer will be shared.

In addition to the internship experiences of the candidates; it is also very important for us that they have a tendency to teamwork, open communication, analytical thinking skills, energy, positive perspective and ownership of the job, and of course, their motivation to work at Colgate-Palmolive.
